Rates
$175 per 50-minute session. There may be an additional charge for on-going phone consultation.
Insurance
I am a Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO Provider. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully and ask your provider the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my coverage for outpatient mental health services?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash and check are accepted for payment. I also accept Chase Quick Pay and Venmo.
Cancellation Policy
Since coming regularly is the hallmark of making progress, if you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment you will be required to pay the full cost of the session unless you are on vacation, sick, or there is an emergency.
